The Next Lantern
Some things look enormous when we imagine all of them at once. Lunai’s lantern path leaves room for a smaller beginning.
This free Meowelo printable has five large lanterns to color. Your child can put a word or drawing into one glass pane, imagine an idea without writing it, or enjoy the picture as a coloring scene.

One lantern is plenty
The lanterns do not form a five-part assignment. The other four can stay empty, become patterns, or receive colors that have nothing to do with a plan.
For grown-ups
If your child wants an example, keep it ordinary: putting one pencil beside a drawing, or choosing the first piece of a model to build. Let the child decide whether an idea feels small enough. You do not need to select a challenge for them.
Printing
Print single-sided on A4 or US Letter paper. Choose “Fit to printable area” and turn off browser headers and footers. Each square design prints on its own sheet; there is no need to trim it. Crayons and colored pencils work well. Using markers? Place a spare sheet underneath. Check your printer’s paper guidance before choosing thicker paper.
